بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِِ
سب تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لئے ہیں جو تمام جہانوں کی پرورش فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful
١- قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
آپ عرض کیجئے کہ میں (ایک) دھماکے سے انتہائی تیزی کے ساتھ (کائنات کو) وجود میں لانے والے رب کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں
1. Say: ‘I seek refuge in the Lord Who brought the universe into existence with an explosion (or: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak),
٢- مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
ہر اس چیز کے شر (اور نقصان) سے جو اس نے پیدا فرمائی ہے
2. against the harm of whatever He has created,
٣- وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
اور (بالخصوص) اندھیری رات کے شر سے جب (اس کی) ظلمت چھا جائے
3. and against the harm of the night when it becomes utterly dark,
٤- وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
اور گرہوں میں پھونک مارنے والی جادوگرنیوں (اور جادوگروں) کے شر سے
4. and against the harm of those (witches) blowing on knots,
٥- وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
اور ہر حسد کرنے والے کے شر سے جب وہ حسد کرے
5. and against the harm of the envious when he envies.’
